Industrial Steel Buildings / Prefabricated Steel Frame Workshop Buildings. This is a heavy industrial steel structure workshop building for electrolytic aluminimu production. The capacity of overhead crane in the workshop building reaches 300 Ton.Eave height is 24m. The construction area is 53,000m2. The steel quantity of main steel and secondary steel structures is about 7,500 tons. To support the heavy load from the structure and crane, we design the column to be latticed steel columns. The width of crane beam reaches 3.6m.
Heavy-duty steel structure workshops are mostly frame or frame structure, with one or more heavy-duty cranes. One or more layers of steel structure platforms are generally arranged in the factory. Most of the steel structure materials are wide-flange H-beams. Mostly high-strength bolted joints, so the manufacturing process of welded H-beam components and the quality control of high-strength bolt installation are the key to the quality of the plant structure.

All the products are loaded at the loading site of our factory using crane and forklift by our skilled workers,who will prevent the goods to be damaged.
