Our steel structure warehouses feature primary load-bearing components made of steel, including columns, beams, foundation, roof trusses, and roof. Wall maintenance can be accomplished with either steel or brick construction.

• Main Frame: H Steel beams and columns (Q235/Q345), painted or galvanized
• Secondary Frame: Galvanized C/Z purlins, steel bracing, tie bars, knee braces
• Roof & Wall: PU sandwich panel, Rockwool sandwich panel, or Corrugated steel sheet
• Doors & Windows: Sliding/rolling doors and aluminum alloy windows
• Surface Treatment: Two layers of rust-proof paint or Hot Dip Galvanized

• Material Testing: Thickness tolerance <0.25mm, yield and tension strength testing
• Fabrication Standards: Dimension tolerance <1mm, 20% ultrasonic and magnetic powder testing
• Surface Preparation: Shot blasting grade Sa 2.5, roughness >75μm
• Painting: Primer applied within 5 hours, DFT >75μm
• Pre-assembly testing for all connection details

All components are packed for ocean transportation in standard containers:

• 20' Container: 5.69m × 2.34m × 2.18m (24-26m³, 17.5 ton)
• 40' Container: 11.8m × 2.34m × 2.18m (54m³, 22 ton)
• HC Container: 13.58m × 2.34m × 2.71m (68m³, 29 ton)

Steel components are protected with blankets to prevent damage during transit.
