Pre Engineered Metal Buildings Structure Construction Pre-Fabricated Steel Structures. This prefabricated steel workshop steel structure industrial building is used as an electric appliance workshop and can accommodate electric single girder cranes.
As a General Contractor for this project, our comprehensive service includes engineering design, fabrication of all steel structure components and roof/wall sandwich panels, and complete installation services.
While steel has a higher density than other building materials, its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio allows for lightweight structures capable of spanning large distances.
Engineering Materials
- Steel framework (Q235B, Q355B): Steel beams, columns, bracing, H cross-section steel, box cross-section steel, round pipe, round steel, L steel, etc.
- Wall and roof: Single steel sheet (0.36mm-0.6mm thick) or sandwich panel with EP, PU, glasswool and rockwool (50-120mm)
- Door: Roller door, sliding door, sidewall door in steel sheet, sandwich panel or aluminum-alloy
- Window: Sliding window with plastic-steel frame or aluminum frame
- Gutter: Aluminum-zinc steel sheet or stainless sheet
- Downpipe: PVC or stainless pipe
- Skylight panel: FRP (1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm)
- Ventilation: Turbine vent, ridge vent
- Other materials: Self-screwing tapping, bolt, nut, etc.
