First, steel structure installation procedures
Installation of steel column → installation of support between columns → temporary position of steel crane beam → roof beam and roof support → correction and fixation of steel crane beam, etc. → installation of maintenance structure
Second, steel column installation
(1) Due to the large weight and length of the steel column, it is impossible to make and transport the steel column at one time. Therefore, the method of segmented production and on-site assembly is adopted to make the steel column as a whole and then hoisting is carried out. It is proposed to make the steel column in two sections.The steel column is divided into two sections, the lower lattice section and the upper H-beam section, which are transported to the site.The weight of the steel column is about 6 tons, and the position height is about 17 meters. The truck crane of 50 tons can meet the lifting demand, and then a truck crane of 25 tons can be used for lifting.
(2) Lifting using single machine rotary lifting.Before lifting, wood should be padded at the position of the steel column foot plate, so as not to damage the column foot plate in the process of lifting.When the steel column is hoisted, the crane should hook up and turn the arm at the same time to make the steel column vertical off the ground and put the column into the mouth of the cup.
