Our pre-manufactured steel structure workshops are designed for heavy industrial applications, featuring long spans and durable construction. These buildings are ideal for container production facilities, with an eave height of 15m and capacity for overhead cranes (20 Ton and 50 Ton).

We provide comprehensive services including steel structure design, fabrication, and construction, specializing in portal frame structures for warehouses, workshops, sheds, garages, and office buildings.

• Main Frame: H Steel beams and columns (Q235/Q345), painted or galvanized
• Secondary Frame: Galvanized C/Z purlins, steel bracing, tie bars
• Roof & Wall: PU sandwich panel, Rockwool sandwich panel, or corrugated steel sheet
• Doors: Sliding or rolling doors
• Windows: Aluminum alloy windows
• Accessories: Skylights, ventilators, gutters, flashing, etc.

Our 35,000m² fabrication facility includes 20,000m² of workshop space equipped with:

• Three light/heavy H steel production lines
• BOX production lines
• C/Z purlin production lines
• Advanced profiling machines and plasma cutting equipment

All components are packed securely for ocean transportation in 40'HQ containers. Our skilled workers use cranes and forklifts to ensure safe loading at our factory.
