Process flow:
Stakeout cutting → production of H-shaped steel → production of T-shaped steel → cross column assembly → welding of cross column → cross column correction → assembly of the zero plate on the cross column.
Our company can process all kinds of cross-beam/column shaped parts according to the drawings. Process: automatic submerged arc welding/CO2 gas shielded welding, subsequent processing content: perforated/reinforced plate/rust removal/paint, etc., main weld grade : Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, providing a flaw detection report issued by a third party.
We have three steel structure production lines, equipped the flame cutting machine, H-Section steel assembly machine, gantry welding machine and shot-blasting machine, paint spray booth.
