Heavy Industrial Steel Buildings/Prefabricated Steel Power Plants. We design the 3D model for the steel frame structure of the building. Then we fabricate the steel components about 600 tons and install it together with the General contractor.
For such project, we also design the 3D Tekla model for our client. The paint thickness of such project is also very thick, we have indoor painting room to solve it.
(1) Strong shock resistance. Because the materials used in the construction of steel structures are mainly metal materials, and the steel used has great advantages in tensile and compressive strength. Because steel structure has vibration delay performance, it has good advantages in seismic performance. The appearance of steel structure has greatly improved the level of earthquake resistance in my country.
(2) The construction speed is fast. In the construction of steel structures, the construction speed is very fast, and the construction period is relatively short, which is very beneficial for those processes with tight construction periods. This greatly increases the speed of construction because the steel structure is completed in the fabrication plant. The overlap between the equipment, the roof panel and the lighting panel, strengthen the overlap between the ventilation equipment.
(3) Save space. In the construction of steel structures, scientific design can be used to ensure that there are no columns inside the building, and in this way, a wider space can be provided for the interior of the construction project, which is more conducive to the full arrangement of the interior of the building. In the construction of steel structure, because it has a lot of lines or pipelines, it can save some space to the maximum extent, and it is very convenient for the renovation of lines and pipelines.
(4) High heat resistance, poor fire resistance and poor corrosion resistance. Compared with other buildings, because the steel used in the construction of steel structures can withstand a high temperature of 200 degrees Celsius, if the temperature reaches above 200 degrees Celsius, the performance of the steel will be lower, which leads to the heat resistance of the steel structure. Relatively strong, but also relatively poor in fire resistance. Therefore, it is necessary to take effective measures to prevent this characteristic of the steel structure, such as using some refractory materials to make a thermal insulation layer to better improve the fire resistance of the steel structure. In addition, because the main material of the steel structure is steel, because the corrosion resistance of steel is relatively poor, the overall corrosion resistance of the steel structure is also relatively poor. In the design process, the use type and geographical location of the plant should be fully considered. Appropriate anti-corrosion measures and processes shall be adopted according to the local weather conditions.
