Pre Engineering Industrial Steel Buildings / Heavy Engineering Metal Workshop Buildings. This is a heavy industrial steel structure workshop building for cable production. It is a frame structure. Because it has very large production machine in it, and the capacity of overhead cranes reach 300 Ton, we design the large size latticed steel column to support the load. The height of the building reaches 35.5m. Stee quantity for the whole project is about 3500 Tons.
Heavy-duty steel structure workshops are mostly frame structures, with one or more heavy-duty cranes. One or more layers of steel structure platforms are generally arranged in the factory. Most of the steel structure materials are wide-flange H-shaped steel, lattice steel columns, the installation method is mostly high-strength bolt connection, so the manufacturing process of the welded H-beam components and the quality control of high-strength bolt installation are the key to the quality of the workshop structure.
