The box-shaped column is welded by four steel plates, and the manufacturing process is basically the same as that of the welded H-shaped steel.
The box-shaped column is cut by the numerical control flame cutting machine for the column plate cutting. The opening method is carbon arc gouging and cutting the K-shaped groove. After the blanking is completed, the straightening correction is carried out. In order to ensure the accurate assembly of the column body, it is necessary to prepare the assembled tire. Membrane, the assembly sequence is as follows: firstly, the upper cover plate is used as a reference, then the assembly line of the transverse partition plate and the side web is discharged, U-shaped assembly is performed, and finally the lower assembly is assembled and welded, and the main body of the column is welded by submerged arc welding. The welding of the stiffening plate is manually welded by a welding machine, and finally the method of welding the electroslag pressure welding of the separator is carried out, and the arc runner is welded. After the box column is welded, the straightening correction is performed, and then the end milling machine is used for the end cutting. The box column coating is strictly rusted and brushed according to the standard. After the box column is finished, it will be inspected and numbered by the full-time quality inspectors. Box-type column fabrication and assembly is the key.
