This heavy industrial steel structure workshop is used as a maintain workshop. The size of this workshop is 80*50*10m (L*W*H), With 2pcs 10ton crane, 4pcs 5 tons crane. 75mm EPS cladding system. Steel truss girder, steel structure weight is 300 tons.This project come from a australian steel structure manufacturer. their quality requests is very high. Total workshop area is 4000 sqms, Removing column is the unique feature. You see there many removing columns, This is design not make the trimming joist (chinese standard). But make the central big truss to make all the workshop as a whole.

Within 2 hours after blasting the steel member mustbe painted to gurantee the painting quality. this project we use EPOXY ZINC RICH PRIMER, TWICE PAINT 80 um. After primer paint, we make Epoxy Mio Barrior Paint 40 paint, that paint will ensure all the components will be not rust during long time shipment on the sea.
We make the Ultrasonic Testing In-house, Take record and make report in-house. After we check the components that will be ok. then we ask clients' Inspector come to our factory to check if the quality will be good to loading.
All the structure components, panels,bolts and sort of accessories will bewell packed with standard package suitable ocean transportation and loaded into 40’HQ.
